House Rules
*Check-in time is 4 p.m. or later. To ensure our cleaners have enough time to clean between guests properly, we regrettably are unable to check guests in before 4 p.m.
*Guests must be 25 years old to make a reservation.
*Smoking is permitted outside on the front porch or on the patio in the backyard.
*Drugs, including marijuana (medical or otherwise), are not permitted IN or AROUND the home. Vape pens, smoke, incense, and candles are not permitted in the house, and a fee of $500 will be assessed if you violate this rule.
*Pets need to be crated when you are not in the house and are not allowed on furniture, beds, and blankets. Guests are responsible for any damages.
*Please clean up after yourselves and do not leave trash, animal waste, or debris lying around for our cleaners. There is a scoop and rake for picking up dog poop on the side yard. Please clean up anything your pet leaves behind.
*The maximum number of guests in the home is 8.
*Guests should not create excessive noise, use inappropriate language, or cause a disturbance to neighboring properties. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. If you plan to party, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE. We will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave if you cannot abide by this rule.
*Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables by guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the risk of any harm arising from the guest’s use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises is not the owner’s responsibility.
*Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Removing any items from the house, including living and kitchen furnishings, is not permitted.
*Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
*Cancellation policy: Full refund up until 30 days prior to arrival. 50% refund of accommodation fee up to 1 week prior to arrival, then non-refundable.
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in possible additional charges. Booking this house assigns your consent to all terms listed here.
